Mr. Fair joined American Planning in 1993 and currently serves as the senior consultant for the company’s financial institution clients. In addition to his regular financial consulting work with over 40 community banks, Mr. Fair has assisted in the formation of 26 new community banks, prepared over 50 banks for S-Corporation elections, completed over 400 valuation engagements and participated in a wide range of bank mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Fair holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University, a Masters of Finance from Louisiana State University, and the Accredited Valuation Analyst designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Mr. Aker began his career in banking in 2004. After working for two large banks, Mr. Aker joined American Planning in 2007.Since then Mr. Aker has consulted with banking clients on a range of topics, including monthly budgeting, interest rate risk reporting, capital analysis and regulatory guidance.
Mr. Aker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana and is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration.

Ms. Bennett joined American Planning in 2000. She is responsible for the managing the company’s interest rate risk and funds management products and implementing new reporting systems across the client base.

Mr. Brandon joined American Planning in 2006. He currently oversees American Planning’s monthly ProphetPlan reporting services and the annual planning processes for our clients. Mr. Brandon also develops custom financial analyses, prepares valuation reports and assists clients with corporate structure planning.
Mr. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and the Accredited Valuation Analyst designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Ms. Fair joined American Planning in 2008 after 15 years in governmental accounting. In addition to managing the accounting function for the company, she also assists with valuations and various special projects. Ms. Fair is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants, Louisiana Society of CPAs and The National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Mr. Graham joined American Planning in 2012 after ten years in community banking, including two years as a Chief Financial Officer and five years as an Information Technology Manager. Mr. Graham assists with American Planning’s monthly report preparation, provides customized outsourced CFO and IT services and develops new policy templates for APC.
Mr. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a 2007 graduate of the Southeastern School of Banking in Nashville, Tennessee.
